Islamic culture research foundation collaborates with the Institute of Oriental Studies (RAS), Institute of Philosophy (IF RAS), State Academic University of Humanities (SAUH), Russian Islamic University in Kazan, the Religious Administration of Muslims in European Russia, philosophical almanac "Magic Mountain", popular science  magazine about religion "Empire of the Spirit", Institute for Scientific Research of Islamic Culture and Thought IRI, Iranian Institute of Philosophy, with the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought under Ayatollah Muhammad Ali Taskhiri.

Foundation also actively participates in international Islamic conferences. In particular, the Foundation assisted in organizing the conference "Russia and the Islamic World", held in Moscow in June 2008. Again in July 2010, the conference "Russia and the Islamic world: convergence of schools of thought as a factor of Muslims solidarity" took place, with the Foundation as one of its sponsors.  The Foundation also participates actively in major book fairs, such as "Non-fiction", "Moscow international book fair at the All-Russian Exhibition Center".

The Foundation also organizes Islamic studies courses in Russia and abroad. In collaboration with the Institute of Philosophy and the State Academic University of Arts the Foundation established "Center of Islamic Philosophy," that served as a base for the course "Classical Islamic Studies."

The Foundation is planning to arrange placement for undergraduate and postgraduate students and teachers of Russian universities, majoring in Islamic studies, orientalistm, and politics in the world renowned research centers and universities. These cultural and scientific exchange programs will enable young and more competent scholars to access primary sources in their original language, to visit the national libraries of the Islamic world, to attend lectures by leading scholars of the Muslim countries – specialists in different fields of Islamic Science, culture, and philosophy. These programs ensure strengthening the relations between Russia and the Islamic world, as well as better understanding between members of different societies, nations and adherents of different faiths.
